Zootoberfest

The fall enjoyable kicks off with Zootoberfest 2023 for two weekends in October.

The fest begins at 10 a.m. and lasts till 4 p.m. on the two weekends, starting off Sept. 30 & Oct. 1, and ending the weekend of Oct. 7-8.

Boo at the Zoo

From 5-8:30 each individual evening of the event, visitors will be ready to encounter the Zoo all decked out for Halloween with festive decorations, special food items and consume menus and entertainers, all in a non-scary practical experience. 

On Oct. 16, a special sensory-helpful night for neurodivergent readers and guests with sensory sensitivity is remaining offered. The sensory-welcoming evening will have a traditional Boo at the Zoo knowledge, with sensory maps and silent parts involved. Skilled Zoo workers will also be on-web page to assist any one with sensory sensitivities. 

Tickets are needed for Boo at the Zoo. Youngsters underneath age 2 can attend for free of charge. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 20. Parking will be totally free.

  • Oct. 13-15: $15 for non-zoo customers, $12 for zoo users.
  • Oct. 16 (Sensory-helpful night): $10 for zoo and non-zoo members. 
  • Oct. 17-19: $13 for non-zoo members, $10 for zoo users. 
  • Oct. 20-29: $15 for non-zoo customers, $12 for zoo associates. 

Doors open up at 5 p.m. for Boo at the Zoo just after the zoo closes for standard several hours at 4 p.m.
