Hoarder’s son drops off 500 parakeets at shelter right before Christmas

The son of an animal hoarder dropped off virtually 500 parakeets to a southeast Michigan rescue shelter shortly prior to Christmas, and strategies to return later on with at minimum 50 far more birds.
